Happy Friday.....

Hello...

Yes it's been a week sorry about that.... Right now my Ipad kinda had a big boo boo..... I opposssyyyy dropped on the floor on My way out of the store.. Yes I know learned a lesson, put them in the bag and make notes if your planning on food shopping :/



So we had snow yes snow strike again.... Wednesday was a messy morning aghhh...  Soo much fun scrapping tones of ice off the car and stuff... Not to mention shoveling too....

The next day..... Snow on and off.... Lots of ice all over... Here a picture of an ice....

So..... I made dinner tonight... It was my first time making them... I like to call it out of this world ;)
My friend made them last time I love it... So I made one tonight.. Yum yum ...

TWICE BAKED POTATOES

4 large baking potatoes
8 slices bacon
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
4 Tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
8 green onions, sliced, divided

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 

Bake potatoes in preheated oven for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown, 
Drain, crumble and set aside. When potatoes are done allow them to cool for 10 minutes.

Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a large bowl; save skins.

To the potato flesh add sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, ½ cup cheese and ½ the green onions.

Mix with a hand mixer until well blended and creamy. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins.

Top each with remaining cheese, green onions and bacon.

Bake for another 15 minutes.


To end this evening off.... My beautiful flower has finally bloom.. It's been a. Long one months for it to bloom....  It tried chia pet I failed..... But this flower bloom beautiful... :)
