First off is I made kitty and or puppy  bow ties... $2.00 each... It a no sew bow tie.. Just 1 1/2 strips and glue gun... Yes my model is reindeer red new ;)

Are they pretty.???

Next stop is flight of geese.... It was a fun project and lots of work hand stitching several flowers and French knots after I made the flower... But it's all worth it....

Took me a while to do each flowers..... It came out really pretty......

Next.... Is food recipes...... Yes I have a lots of catching up to do on the blog.... ;)

Crispy Crab Nuggets

1 pound fresh crab meat
3 slices of white bread, crust removed or packaged bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley

Put breadcrumbs in food processor so they are chopped up fine(to save time). In a large bowl, mix together egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning. Add breadcrumbs and crab meat and mix by hand to avoid breaking up too many of the lumps. You may need to break up the very large lumps however so the crab balls will stay together. Shape into 24 balls and fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite sauce or don't use any! These are so good!

Does this sound good???? Try it and let me :)

And last is yum yum drink..... Yes I am blogging drinks now ;)

Chocolate Chip Martini..... Cheers..... 🍸

RECIPE
======
1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Chocolate Milk
4 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream

5 Chocolate Chip Cookies
Strawberry

First crush the cookies in the blender to make it easier .... Then the first four ingredients in the blender and mixed it then half of the cookies crumbles on the plate for the rims..

Pour little syrup on the plate for the rims and then take the glass that has chocolate rims on it dip in the cookie crumbles.... And now you can Drizzles chocolate syrup in it.

Last step is pour the drink in the martini glass....

Yum sound good??

Happy Thursday ;)

New ideas and new food recipes....

Hello everyone....

Sorry, been away from the blog for a while.... Trying to come up with crafts and food ideas. Here's what we left off a while back....

Been working on my Irish chain quilt.. Here's what it looks like to refresh our mind...

Now here's what almost complete Irish chain looks like.. I even added butterfly to each squares took me 2 1/2 weeks to hand stitch each butterfly.... It takes time and lots of love into this...

Last part will be the name..... Almost done... Will post once it completed....
Now catching up fast forward.....  I made a tee shirt out of a tank top very simple and easy to make ...
It's not that hard..... Just a shirt, scissor, sewing machine, pins also....

Before......

During...... See the white line it's scraps pieces, yellow line is keep but cut them about  1 1/2 inches and save that one for next step..

Pin the top and back part, sew them not to close to the edge. Because you want to take the piece that you cut, to pull thru the loop , to tied them at the end.

Yes that's me..... I made this took me what 20 mins to make.. Pass weekend was one hour cuz I was making two more shirts and  teach my friend how to make this lovely tee shirt into tank top....

Finally last part........ Recipes..... Yes.....
My fav once a while dinner or lunch...
Easy to make and simple!!!

Put the sausage rounds, onions, and potatoes into a large bowl. Drizzle with a couple TBS of olive oil and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and dried thyme. Toss together with your hands until everything is evenly distributed. Pour this out onto the baking tray, and spread it out as much as you can.
Place into the heated oven and roast for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring every 15 minutes or so, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender. Turn off the oven.

Scatter the cheese over top of the cooked meat and potatoes, Pop back into the oven a few minutes to melt the cheese.

Simple I tell ya......

Happy St. Brigid Day....

Hello everyone....

Yes it's Saturday evening... Been doing errands all morning.. Writing down lots of notes on what to expect in the coming months.. Just submitted my pre approval to see if I can get approve for a house loan.. Yes my first time trying this out.... Want to get a house so I can do more cooking and quilting.. My apt not enough room to do cooking and quilting, I feel my apt is shrinking lol...

Let's see how it goes by next week....

Happy St. Brigid 's Day First day of Spring in Ireland... Yes I am Irish. ;-)

St. Brigid's Cross...
May Brigid bless the house
wherein you dwell.
Bless every fireside, every
wall and door. Bless every
heart that beats beneath its
roof. Bless every hand that
Toils to bring it joy. Bless
every fool that walks its
Portals through.
May Brigid bless the house
that shelters you.

So this pass week I learned something new... It's called snow rollers.... Have you seen them if not here the picture of what snow rollers looks like....

Very interesting seeing that.... ;-)

Yesterday I made my first chicken with broccoli Stromboli .... It was good.. At least I didn't burn it yet !!! Just kidding...

Here's the recipes...

Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Stromboli
Got this recipes from A Girl Versus Dough original

Yields: 1 stromboli (serves 2 for dinner, 4 for a side dish/appetizer)

Ingredients:
1 of your favorite pizza crusts, prepared and ready to bake
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (or a mix of any of your favorite, melty cheeses)
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets and chopped stems, roasted until only slightly crunchy
1 cup cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (or a mix of any of your favorite, melty cheeses)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
On a pizza stone or parchment paper-lined baking sheet, press dough into a 14-by-10-inch rectangle. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on middle length of the dough. Top evenly with broccoli, then chicken. Top with cheddar cheese.
Fold in short sides of dough by 1 inch, then fold in long sides over each other, overlapping in the center. Pinch to seal. Carefully flip dough over so the seal is on the bottom (if you’re nervous about this step, skip it: The stromboli just looks prettier with the seal on the bottom, but it’s not necessary).
Bake stromboli for about 20 minutes, or until crust is a deep golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing or serving.

**Note**
I uses egg white to seal the dough and brush on top of the dough... Sprinkle little bit salt not A lot on top of the bread kick in flavor ;-)

So this evening went to the pong and see the water frozen including the water sprinklers that's cover with ice but the sprinklers still alive  lol.. And saw a not sure I am gonna called it snow kitty...

Welcome February...

Have a good evening......
Good Night.....
