#tbt .... Happy Thursday

Good evening.....

What a day.... We had -1 degree this morning brrrr.. Sooo cold... My hands were almost red not good right??? Best to bundle lots of gloves and extra clothing...

What I made last night was Chicken roll stuff wrap how ever you want to said it.. Chicken with mozzarella , basil, garlic.... First time making this... All I need a funny looking hammer instead of my pots and pan to make the chicken flatten... Salad was really good but needs less apple cider vinegar.. You don't want to be making faces once you eat the salad... :)

Gosh sorry no recipes for the chicken.. But I am telling you easy to make and put together...

Ingredients
4 chickens flatten
1 Tablespoon of garlic
1 Tablespoon  of basil
Mozzarella sticks - optional any flavor cheese sticks only the one that melt.. I pick out provolone cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Direction... Preheat oven 350
Mixed garlic and basil together. Used a pot or pan to flatten the chicken  I put them in between plastic wrap to flat them.. Once it's done... Scoop small portion and spread them on the chicken then cut the cheese a tick into three slices, up to you how you wAnt it slice....

Then begin to wrap them, it's was challenging  on wrapping them.... I used the tooth pick to hold them in.. **fyi tips: take couple tooth pick and soak in the wAter, so that you don't want to put the tooth pick if it's not soak  in water** since that done wrapping.. Sprinkle  salt  and pepper to taste.

Spray the pan or use non stick tin foil, bake them in oven for 30 mins until it's no longer pink.
